Our team of professional Solar Sales Mentors, solar agents who have been in the field selling and earned the BIG bucks, will personally train you on how to sell solar, closing deals and how to earn like a Solar Pro!

How the program works:

• You will complete initial on-boarding as a Sales Agent after you sign up with Onyx Energy.
  • You must have all logins for our EPC project submission portal and financing companies completed.
  • You must have completed EdApp training.
  • You must have watched all initial solar training videos to the right. (sidebar)
    • YOU need to have basics out of the way!
• Our Solar Sales Mentors will train you on your first 3 solar projects directly, one on one, helping you to close your first 3 sales. Design, pricing, pitch! (Online OR offline with the client,  in-home, trainer via zoom or meet to assist.)
  • Our Solar Sales Mentors will earn 50% of the commission on your first three (3) projects you sell while in the the Sales Agent Training Program
• You will graduate after just 3 sales and now earn 100% of your commission on all future sales you make!
